What is your return policy?

Customer Satisfaction is important to Sac*Mac Jetty. Below are our return policies.

General Returns:
Items are eligible for a return and a refund within 30 days of purchase for change of mind returns. Return shipping to be paid for by the buyer. IMPORTANT: Return Instructions need to be obtained in order to return your item to the correct warehouse address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

Defective Items:
Defective items will be replaced. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace your damaged item with a new one. If damaged item requires a return, shipping will be paid for by us.

Missing Items:
Missing items will be sent to you. If your order does not arrive complete, the missing items will be sent to you.

If you receive the wrong item, the correct item will be sent to you.

Clearance Items

Clearance purchase are not eligible for return. All sales are final. Exception: If your item arrives damaged, you may request a refund.

Bedding special rules for return:
The following bedding items are eligible for return:
*Bedding items that are still in the original packaging and have not removed from the protective plastic.

Bedding that is not returnable due to sanitary and health reasons: we do not accept returns for sheets that have been removed from the package, and other bedding materials removed from the package, unless it is a defective item return. Bedding that has been used or washed is not returnable.

IMPORTANT: Note for all returns: Please contact us before returning your item. Multiple warehouses are used with separate addresses. Returns must be returned to the warehouse address provided to you by us. Products that show up returned to a location not pre-authorized, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund, to cover costs incurred to ship your return to the correct warehouse.
